It appears that Aston Villa may be losing another important midfield player this summer based on his comments from Italy.
Last season, Unai Emery led his team, Villains, to a fourth-place finish and Champions League football. The Spaniard had a tremendous performance.
Villa is expected to see a rise in revenue, but the club is also concerned of breaking PSR regulations this summer.
The Midlands club will acquire Samuel Iling-Junior and Enzo Barrenchea in a trade deal, with Villa expected to get roughly £25 million in return.
Villa midfielder discusses a possible summer departure
Since completing his transfer to Villa Park for an initial loan with a buyout option last summer, Italian midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo’s time in England has not gone well.
Zaniolo, who has started just nine games for the Villains in the Premier League this season, has been marginalized due to injuries and patchy play.
Zaniolo, who joined the Premier League team on loan from Galatasaray, has stated that his goal is not to return to England.

In an interview with the Italian publication Gazzetta Dello Sport, Zaniolo discussed his future and the possibility of going back to Italy.
“I want to go back to Serie A, and I told my agent, Claudio Vigorelli, and Galatasaray knows it too,” Zaniolo stated. “There will be a solution, I’m confident.”
Villa must move on and look for a new midfield target.
Villa must look into the midfield market as they get ready for life in the UEFA Champions League under a manager who led Villareal to the competition’s semi-final.
Conor Gallagher of Chelsea is one midfield player that HITC has mentioned they want, and the Blues would be willing to sell the Englishman for a good price.
For a variety of circumstances, Zaniolo’s move to Villa never materialized, and it now seems that he will be going back to Galatasaray, his parent club.
