Tottenham might benefit from £650 million as investors increase their attempts to purchase stock.

A billionaire supported by Saudi Arabia, Amanda Staveley, wants to purchase a share in Tottenham for £650 million.

After gaining four of a possible six points, Tottenham has had a successful start to the season. Their 4-0 victory over Everton has helped them get back on track after struggling to a draw against Leicester. Following the appointment of Ange Postecoglou, they appear to be living up to the investment they have made in players.

Even if the North London team’s project appears to be moving in the right direction, Daniel Levy has been searching for outside funding to make sure Spurs keep expanding and have the money to acquire the top players.

Amanda Staveley, former Newcastle United co-owner, is interested in acquiring a 25% share in Tottenham Hotspur for £650 million, according to The Sun. The Tottenham chairman previously stated that Spurs were in discussions with various parties about an investment in the club, and she is believed to be one of them.

According to reports, she wants to invest in the North London club. Staveley has reportedly been working behind the scenes to raise funds in order to present a bid for a post at Tottenham.

With strong contacts in the Middle East, she facilitated the Saudi-led acquisition of Newcastle United in 2021, and she has substantial financial support from these individuals. Prior to eventually trying to acquire a larger stake, the 51-year-old wants to purchase a portion of the club.
