Dan Bardell thinks Aston Villa won’t sign Brentford’s Ivan Toney; instead, they’ll hang onto Jhon Duran. Before the summer transfer window closes, the England international from the Bees is apparently of interest to the Villans.
That’s according to Andy Gray, who stated during a live interview with BEIN Sports on August 18 that “Unai Emery and Aston Villa were seriously thinking about enquiring about him.” Journalist Bardell for talkSPORT and Sky Sports doesn’t believe Toney would relocate to Villa Park to take Ollie Watkins’ position as deputy.
