Tottenham Hotspur Won’t Offer Star To Wolves As Part Of Transfer Deal

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Wolves winger Pedro Neto, but will not offer Oliver Skipp as part of the deal, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Dominic Solanke, a striker for Bournemouth, is desired by Spurs, who plan to step up their recruitment efforts this summer. However, the Cherries insist that Solanke’s £65 million release clause be fully fulfilled.

Tottenham will continue to lose players, with midfielder Skipp likely among them as he looks to get more playing time.

Tottenham do hold an interest in signing Wolves’ highly rated winger Neto. Ange Postecoglou’s side could move to try to take Neto to north London, but with Wolves not looking for a midfielder, offering Skipp in an effort to try to bring the price down is off the table.

The 24-year-old winger is committed to Wolves for the remaining three years of his deal.

Neto’s season was cut short by injury last year, missing two major chunks of play due to hamstring strains.

But in February, he managed to keep himself fit enough to start against Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. He contributed an assist and put on an incredible show as Wolves won 2-1 in the city.
