Rangers keen on signing Chilean sensation

Another plus for the management is that any acquisition might not break the bank because his contract expires in December of this year.
It’s always a risk to sign players in a market that hasn’t been explored before, but given his current status, Clement has to start taking chances if he wants to lead Rangers back to the summit of Scottish football.
Tapia has a lot of potential, and playing with superior players might be possible for him if he relocated to Europe.
