Marcus Rashford is one of the players rumoured to be leaving Old Trafford as Manchester United looks to make significant changes during the summer transfer window.
The new contract for Erik ten Hag has now been signed, sealed, and delivered, allowing Manchester United to turn its attention to recruiting.
With the signing of a new two-year contract, the Dutchman has solidified his place as Red Devils manager. After a dismal season, work will now start to bolster his squad, with an emphasis on attack and defence.
However, a handful of players seem destined to depart in order to finance such moves. The most likely person to go is Donny van de Beek, but Marcus Rashford has also been mentioned in connection with a departure.

Rashford warning sent
Former Manchester United player Mikael Silvestre has cautioned the Red Devils that selling Marcus Rashford would be a mistake. After a challenging season, Rashford has been linked to a move, but Silvestre thinks he still has much to offer.
“If that’s the case, you should go out on the market and find someone better than Marcus, so it would not be wise to let Rashford go. He said, “That player will be very expensive if you find him.”
“Marcus is an academy graduate and seasoned Mancunian. I believe he wishes to remain. He’s liked by the manager. All I can hope is that Marcus becomes better this season.
United have stepped up their pursuit of PSG star Manuel Ugarte with Bayern Munich now out of the race. Ugarte only joined PSG last summer from Sporting Lisbon but fell down the pecking order towards the end of the season.
Because of this, he is expected to leave the Parc des Princes as United’s interest in him intensifies. The Red Devils now have a free path after Bayern moved for Joao Palhinha, according to sources from France.
The addition of Palhinha has delayed any deal for Ugarte, who was a possible target for the German powerhouses. That has made him more accessible to United, who now view him as a “important target.
