If Brighton’s attempt fails, Tottenham’s man is the backup. An international teammate recommended the player to relocate.

Borussia Dortmund may choose to sign Tottenham midfielder Pierre Emile Hojbjerg this summer if they are unable to reach an agreement to get Brighton & Hove Albion’s Pascal Groß.

According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, the Tottenham midfielder is still a possibility even if Dortmund is still pressing to sign the Brighton player.

According to him, Hojbjerg has joined Unique Sports Group, a new agency, in an attempt to fulfil his desire to leave Tottenham this summer.
He wants to leave Spurs after playing very little under Ange Postecoglou’s guidance, and he only has one year left on his present deal. Archie Gray’s recent acquisition from Leeds has also likely caused him to fall in the rankings.

Plettenberg claims the Tottenham player is one of several possible targets if a move for Brighton’s Pascal Groß doesn’t work out, and Dortmund is one of those to put him on their list of choices.

They may concentrate on Hojbjerg if the deal with Brighton doesn’t pan out, but they’re still putting a lot of effort into closing it.

Despite the advice of his Danish teammate Thomas Delaney to move to Dortmund, he remained reticent when asked about the possibility by Plettenberg.

“What a fantastic stadium. After playing against Germany in Dortmund’s stadium, the Tottenham player said, “Now I’ll take a vacation first, then we’ll talk about the rest.”

“I would advise Borussia Dortmund and Pierre to make the change. He is a fantastic player. He’s a great international centre midfielder in my opinion,” Delaney continued.
