A £33 million contract to buy another winger has been agreed to by a Premier League team interested in Leeds United attacking star Crysencio Summerville.

Summerville was United’s Championship player of the year, and following a spectacular season in which he scored 20 goals and provided nine assists, Brighton expressed interest in signing him.

After appointing former FC St Pauli manager Fabian Hürzeler as their new head coach, Brighton has now reached an agreement with Newcastle United to pay £33 million to recruit 19-year-old Gambia international winger Yankuba Minteh.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, a transfer specialist, Newcastle had to sell because of Financial Fair Play. Minteh joined Newcastle in the summer after leaving Danish team OB, and he was loaned to Feyenoord for the entire campaign, contributing 10 goals and six assists.
