June 27, 2024, 5:43 PM. Nashville, Tennessee — Randall Cobb, a veteran NFL wide receiver, has thanked Nashville firefighters for saving his family following a house fire.

Cobb posted a statement and video on social media Wednesday stating that his family, including their dog, is safe and healthy.

 

 

Cobb expressed gratitude to the fire department for their rapid response.

“I can’t get the image of the brave firefighter getting into position out of my mind; he didn’t even have water to shoot yet,” Cobb wrote.

”I honestly believed the cars were going to explode and we would lose him in this disaster.
