Aston Villa player “one step away” from leaving as “talks” between Wolves and Newcastle proceed

Aston Villa is on the verge of closing a big deal with Chelsea, and Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United are negotiating a trade.

Unai Emery’s worries over Villa satisfying Premier League profit and sustainability requirements may subside with Omari Kellyman’s impending £19 million transfer to Chelsea.

In advance of a permanent move, the 18-year-old offensive midfielder is reportedly having his physical today, June 24, at Chelsea. Kellyman is anticipated to sign a five-year contract with an option for an additional year. His meagre six senior appearances have all been cameos.
