Ac milan closing of signing 27 year old striker for U23 team

AC Milan are not just working on signings for the senior team this summer but also those who can help to make the new U23 side a competitive one, and the first addition is close.

The 27-year-old striker Mbarick Fall is expected to be among the initial additions to the new B-team, per MilanNews. The parties have essentially come to an agreement, and the transaction will be completed within the next several days.

Fall was born in Senegal and is a citizen of Italy. Previously, he played for Brindisi, Sangiuliano City (where he achieved promotion from Serie D to C), NibionnoOggiono, Crema, and Fanfulla. He spent the second half of the previous season at Giana Erminio.

He started working with the Pro Sesto academy, where he played for four seasons before making his first team debut.

He had two goals and six assists in all competitions last season, so his signing would seem to indicate Milan is searching for some older players to support its relatively youthful core.

For instance, 24-year-old striker Andrea Adorante, who helped propel Juve Stabia to promotion from Serie C with 20 goals last season, was linked to Milan yesterday.
