Brighton has an advantage in the transfer battle thanks to their “fat wallet” – Possibility of another argument with the club

Boca Juniors may have further trouble from Brighton & Hove Albion as the two teams are vying for teenage player Brian Aguirre.

Bolavip that Brighton’s “fat wallet” might make all the difference and help the Seagulls prevail in their pursuit of his signing.

They clarify that Aguirre is a target for Boca and that the team wants to finalise a contract as soon as possible. The 21-year-old’s performances for the Argentine U20 National Team have won the cub over.

They have already made one offer, of $3 million, but Newell’s has turned it down since they apparently want more for their man than is being provided at this time.

Aguirre, though, seems amenable to the change, which would help Boca if they decide to go through with the transfer.

Brighton is vying with them for the young player, though, and has put out a $6 million offer. That was likewise rejected out of hand as being insufficient.

It is thought that they will soon make a second bid and use their “fat wallet” to their advantage in order to close a transaction.

It is made plain that a deal can be reached if they are prepared to “go all out” and pay Aguirre more money; in that case, Boca won’t have to struggle for his signature.
