Everton say that they have given The Friedkin Group’ a period of exclusivity in order to complete a purchase of the club.
Since an offiMoshiri controls more than 94% of the team, they will essentially have complete control over Everton upon payment from The Friedkin Group, according to a statement made public by the team on Friday, June 21, 2024.

Everton claims that in order for The Friedkin Group to finish buying the team, they have granted them a period of exclusivity.
It will be interesting to see what transpires, but regardless of who takes over for the upcoming season, the club’s finances will remain in a complete mess.

Several well-known parties interested in investing in the Club have expressed a great deal of interest in doing business with Blue Heaven Holdings.
The Friedkin Group has been given a period of exclusivity to advance talks to purchase a majority stake in Everton, the Club can reveal today, June 21.
Now, all stakeholders will collaborate to bring this process to a close. The Club will be running normally throughout the interim.
