The 34-year-old is a possible target for the Black Cats, as first reported by Alan Nixon, after the Sky Blues announced in their retained list earlier this summer that he would be departing the team. Moore played for Coventry City for three seasons, totaling 46 appearances.

Sunderland and Burnley midfielder Scott Twine are rumoured to be close to a deal.
According to The Sun, Twine, who signed a £4 million contract to join Burnley from MK Dons, will be leaving Turf Moor this summer.
Birmingham City, a League One team, is reportedly “keen” on Twine and has already “made an inquiry,” according to their report. But they also state that Bristol City, a former loan team, and Sunderland “may join in the auction.”
