Aston Villa is pleased to announce the signing of defender Ethan Amundsen-Day.
The young Norwegian international leaves FC Copenhagen to join Villa for an unknown sum.
Originating from Leeds, the 19-year-old began his career with Fredrikstad FK in Norway and has since played for the Danish club for the last three seasons.
The Academy Manager, Mark Harrison, stated: “We are thrilled that Ethan is joining our team. He is an extremely proficient player technically and with a fantastic mentality.
“We look forward to working with him over the next few seasons as he will add more depth to our squads in preparation for the different competitions we will compete in at the Under-21 level.”
