Aston Villa could replace Duran by signing £20m “monster”

Since V Sports finalized their club ownership in 2018, Aston Villa has demonstrated a tremendous deal of ambition, moving up to the Premier League’s top four after previously languishing in the Championship.

Although it is a given that Unai Emery’s team will exit the Champions League under the lights the following season, the fierce push to move up the division over the previous few years has put Villa Park in violation of profit and sustainability regulations, which has led to Douglas Luiz pulling out of a transfer to Juventus.
