Report: This summer at the Euros, Tottenham will scout 11-goal forwards.

According to CaughtOffside, before determining whether to make a bid for the Besiktas teenager, Tottenham Hotspur and two other Premier League teams will be closely monitoring Semih Kiliscoy’s performance at the Euros this summer.

Kilicsoy has the interest of Tottenham.

Since joining the Besiktas senior team at the beginning of the 2023–24 season, Kilicsoy has gained a lot of admirers. In 23 league games, the forward finished the season with 11 goals and three assists (Transfermarkt).

Numerous Turkish media sources have acknowledged Spurs’ interest in the 18-year-old, with Aksam reporting as recently as last week that both Newcastle and the Lilywhites are preparing moves for the teenager.

Kilicsoy’s performances in the Euros will be vital.

Center-forwards are likely to be vital players for Turkey at the European Championship, and CaughtOffside reports that Tottenham, Manchester City, and Arsenal will all be keeping a close eye on the young player’s performance in the intense competition.

According to the article, Bayer Leverkusen, Stuttgart, Bayern Munich, PSG, and Monaco are all reportedly keeping an eye on the teenager’s progress.

According to the report, Besiktas will ask for the striker for between €25 million and €30 million (£21 million and £25.2 million).

It is clarified, though, that if the child struggles in Germany this summer, they might have to lower their price.

Although it normally bothers me when teams target individuals based on their results in important international competitions, in Kiliscoy’s case, it makes a lot of sense.

Clubs will be keenly monitoring him not only to see how he performs against elite competition, but also to get a sense of his temperament based on his performances at the Euros.
