Rangers transfer news as Damian Garcia medical verdict shared by Doctor

Dr. Rajpal Brar states that Damian Garcia, an enrol midfielder, should have no trouble passing his medical at Rangers.

The injury specialist says that even if there may be a few groin or adductor strains during the 2023–2024 season, nothing to be alarmed by.

The 20-year-old is reportedly a target for a summer transfer to Ibrox, with Nils Koppen presumably having discussed the possibility of a move with the head of the Uruguayan team in Cancun, Mexico. [Scottish Football]

Physical therapist and sports scientist Brar spoke exclusively with Ibrox News about his circumstances. He said:

Taking into account his age, it’s important to determine whether the adductor problems are genuinely physical or more of a developmental issue.

Damian Garcia may not yet be ready for a transfer to Rangers

It’s understood that the new contract the Uruguayan midfielder is about to sign will see a release clause of £7.7million added to it [Sport 890], which may put him out of the Ibrox outfit’s budget.

He will be a risk due to his inexperience and lack of proven track record in top-level European football.
