BREAKING NEWS:AC Milan has signed a new starting midfielder at a reasonable price.

AC Milan has signed a new starting midfielder at a reasonable price.

AC Milan was roughly 20 points behind Inter Milan in the Serie A title battle, despite finishing the season in second place, four points ahead of Juventus.

RedBird Capital has a lot of work to do when it comes to investing in the team to close the gap on their big crosstown rivals, as there are various weaknesses in the roster.

The majority of Milan’s efforts on the summer transfer market will focus on upgrading the back four,

but the Rossoneri could use one more top-class midfielder to operate with Tijani Reijnders and Ismael Bennacer.

AC Milan wants to sign Monaco star Youssouf Fofana before the European Championships end on July 14,

with the Ligue 1 club asking for only 20-25 million euros for the French midfielder.

Fofana’s final price will, of course, be determined by how much other clubs are ready to pay for the 25-year-old defensive midfielder,

with Manchester United also connected to the player for several seasons.
