News of Davide Ancelotti’s Everton job offer is shared by sources.

According to AS, sources close to Davide Ancelotti have denied any approach to take over at Everton, despite allegations to the contrary.

This occurs after Saudi Arabia made the 34-year-old an offer to depart Real Madrid in exchange for a “succulent” contract.

The Spanish publication revealed on Monday, June 10, on page 18, in their print version, that there was never a “concrete offer” for a return to Merseyside.

Why Everton have not yet offered Davide Ancelotti a role

The report goes on to state that the reasoning behind why clubs are yet to offer the 34-year-old a job is because that “door is closed” for the time being.

Ancelotti has coached with his father since he was at Bayern Munich back in 2016.

Since then, he has collaborated with some of the greatest teams in the world, including Real Madrid and Napoli.

Ancelotti, despite still being young, has already taken home a number of awards and accolades, and many more are probably on the horizon.

And even while a move to Everton isn’t guaranteed, it doesn’t mean it can’t happen in the future.

But for the time being, Dyche appears to be the best choice to guide the Toffees into the 2024–2025 campaign.

The previous Burnley manager kept the team in the hunt for a 15th-place finish last season, even though their profit and sustainability violations cost them six points.

Although things appear to have improved after their deduction, some assets could still need to be sold in order to comply with the regulations.

Even if Ancelotti’s transfer doesn’t appear to be imminent, Dyche may take over the team as early as the following season if he is unable to improve on his current performance levels.

In other Everton news, a transfer update from Goodison Park has revealed the decision to remove Sean Dyche.
