Dean Jones’ latest statement on Bournemouth star striker Dominic Solanke hints that the Blues may once again pursue him.

The 26-year-old had a productive season last year, netting 19 goals in 38 Premier League outings.

Solanke has also received interest from other clubs, and it will be intriguing to see where he ends up next season; it may be Chelsea.

The Blues’ recruitment of a striker has been a primary emphasis, and they will aim to get a prolific and reliable center-forward with perfect finishing abilities.

Jones believes Chelsea might bring back Solanke, a former Blues academy player.
