Chelsea enter transfer battle for 27-year-old Everton forward as £38m release clause is revealed

Chelsea have completed the signing of Tosin Adarabioyo, a former Fulham player, on a free transfer.

Chelsea is considering Everton attacker Dominic Calvert-Lewin for a strike enforcement role this summer. Armando Broja, a London-born Albanian forward, is anticipated to be sold by the Blues, with Monaco, Southampton, and Wolves interested.

Chelsea plans to sell Romelu Lukaku, who has a £38 million release clause, to Napoli this summer. Chelsea is considering several forwards, including RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesk, due to their impending departures.

Calvert-Lewin, a 27-year-old homegrown player with experience in the Premier League, is reportedly being considered by Chelsea.

Everton has offered him a new contract, but the player is considering other options because to injuries that have hindered his career and prevented him from representing his country in the Euros. Last season, he scored seven goals in 32 league games and, when completely fit, is quite dangerous.

Chelsea’s new manager, Enzo Maresca, plans to play an ultra-attacking style of football and will want the option of having two or three strikers available. Last season, Nicolas Jackson was the sole out-and-out striker.

Chelsea wants to sell before making their move.

Chelsea plans to sell Conor Gallagher this summer, but will only consider offers of around £50 million for the England midfielder.

Ian Maatsen, a standout left-back at Dortmund, and Trevoh Chalobah, who recovered from a knee injury to excel at the conclusion of last season, are both expected to go.
