Williams: It Was a Privilege to Play For Town

Former loanee Brandon Williams says he will be rooting for the Blues the next season and has thanked everyone connected to Town for their support.

complete back Following his loan return to Old Trafford for evaluation shortly after Christmas, 23-year-old Williams played 10 starts and seven substitute appearances for Town while scoring twice. He never made it back to Portman Road. Williams had joined Town from Manchester United in August of last year.

This summer, Williams’ contract expires, and he posted on Instagram, “Ipswich Town, it was a privilege to play for this club.”
