Manchester United could offer £50m star as makeweight in Michael Olise deal

Manchester United is anticipated to sign Michael Olise for £50 million.

According to the Spanish newspaper Fichajes, Manchester United may try to sign Michael Olise this summer by using Aaron Wan-Bissaka. For a sum of £50 million, the Red Devils first acquired Bissaka from Crystal Palace.

In other words, the Red Devils basically intend to replace one of Palace’s former stars with a new one and give one of their old stars back. But even with Wan-Bissaka’s bid, Man United will probably have to shell out a sizable amount for Olise.

One of the Premier League’s most exciting wingers at the moment is the 22-year-old. This season, Olise has made 18 appearances for Crystal Palace, scoring 10 goals and providing five assists.

A player with the Frenchman’s caliber might join the Old Trafford squad and start right away. But it’s also important to consider Olise’s contract.

The 22-year-old’s deal with Palace was extended just last summer, and it now expires in 2027. Manchester United, who are hoping for a successful summer, will pay more as a result of this.

Wan-Bissaka has fortunately been playing well for Man United in the latter stages of the season; his output will undoubtedly make the team’s negotiations for Olise simpler.
