Colombia is competing in the Copa America this summer, which will be hosted in the US. They are grouped with Brazil, Paraguay, and Costa Rica in Group D.
Lerma has accrued 41 caps for his nation, while Munoz has won 25; both players are vital to Colombia.
Lerma has resumed working out with the Crystal Palace team following a leg injury.
