Most people wouldn’t know who “Brock Purdy” is if you brought up his name in a discussion about the 2022 NFL Draft.

Despite being a talented player at Iowa State, Purdy didn’t get many looks during the draft and was chosen by the San Francisco 49ers with the final choice.

They had no idea how good of a player they had.

Purdy has demonstrated to the 49ers’ front staff that he can be their starting quarterback for the foreseeable future and has continued to impress as a starter.

After two already outstanding seasons, Purdy might be in for an even better one in 2024 if a recent picture is any guide.

Fans are even more eager to watch Purdy perform next season after Dov Kleiman pointed out that he has put on a lot of muscle throughout the offseason.

The majority of fans thought Purdy’s performance over the last few weeks was impressive, and they hope he can lead the 49ers back to the Super Bowl and win it this time.

Of course, a quarterback’s physical attributes don’t always translate into skill or even improvement, as one fan noted with a picture of Patrick Mahomes.

Mahomes defeated Purdy with a “dad bod,” as evidenced by a locker room photo that was released following this year’s Super Bowl and quickly went viral.
