Brentford slash Ivan Toney’s asking price has sparked attention from Manchester United.

Brentford are willing to take substantially less money than previously reported for striker Ivan Toney, who is garnering interest from Manchester United.

Rather than pay £80 million, United and other suitors would have undoubtedly chosen to wait an additional year and sign Toney as a free agent.

This summer is Brentford’s last chance to secure a decent price for Toney, and a £30-40 million estimate would not deter suitors like United. At that price, he would be an obvious choice for the 20-time English champions.
