Leeds United might join Brentford and Brighton in the Celtic Star Race.
If Leeds get promoted back to the Premier League, they may renew their interest in O’Riley.

According to Give Me Sport, Leeds United may pursue Celtic midfielder Matt O’Riley in the summer if they win promotion this season.
The Danish international has been a game changer for the Scottish Premiership giants this season, justifying the curiosity he has sparked throughout the 2023/24 season.
Although his present team is benefiting greatly from his services, it may only be a matter of time until the Denmark international leaves if he continues to impress.
And, as the summer approaches, he may have done more than enough to warrant a move south of the border or abroad during the upcoming transfer season.

However, any team that wants to recruit him would have to pay a significant fee, given the player still has three years left on his Glasgow deal.
This is likely to prevent any Championship team from completing a move for him, but Premier League clubs have shown an interest.
Premier League interest in Matt O’Riley is revealed.
According to the Give Me Sport source, Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford are interested in the 23-year-old player, who was born in England and formerly played for MK Dons.
The Seagulls have been keeping a close eye on him and might make a move for the midfielder, although Roberto De Zerbi’s side and the Bees could be joined in the battle by Leeds, who may be tempted to bid for the player if they return to the top flight.
If Leeds get promoted, Daniel Farke will likely have a larger budget to work with in summer, which might allow him to bring the Danish midfielder to Elland Road.
O’Riley’s club may be willing to sell the player for the proper price, giving the Whites and others in this race optimism that a summer deal may be completed.
However, Leeds will most likely need to be promoted to have a chance of winning this race.
Matt O’Riley might be the ideal addition to the Leeds United midfield.

Kalvin Phillips, who now plays for Manchester City, has been linked with a return to Elland Road. He may complement Ethan Ampadu (seen above).
If he does come in, they will need someone who is more aggressive in front of them.
O’Riley might be the one who can make up for the duo’s possible lack of attacking contributions.
If Ampadu and Phillips sit behind him, the current Celtic player may be able to break forward without worrying about having to run back if the Whites lose control in the final third.
They can’t afford to spend too much of their summer money on O’Riley if they are promoted, as other areas also need to be improved.
