Celtic’s Percentage Chances of Winning The League

With their thrilling 3-1 victory over St. Johnstone on Saturday, Celtic’s % odds of winning the title have been assessed by BBC Sport analyst Michael Stewart.
James Forrest, Nicolas Kuhn, and Kyogo Furuhashi all joined in on the action during a strong performance throughout the weekend that had several advantages.

Things are currently looking good for Glasgow’s green half thanks to Cameron Carter-Vickers’ return to fitness, Kuhn’s recent ascent, and Kyogo’s improvement in form.

In less than two weeks, manager Brendan Rodgers plans to have Callum McGregor, Reo Hatate, Yang, and Liam Scales available for the Livingston encounter.

Stewart believes that the Hoops are a little underdog to win the league despite all of these advantages, but they should in no way be

eliminated from consideration: “At this point, I think it’s probably a 60/40 in favor of Rangers,” he stated (BBC Scottish Football Podcast).

However, I wouldn’t discount Celtic. I made that statement following Carter-Vickers’ return to the Motherwell game. Although they ultimately prevailed, that victory was significantly different from their return victory over Hibs. It appeared as though they had constructed something there.

Rangers are now a 60/40 team, and a big reason for that is that we just don’t know who Celtic will have on their roster.

Undoubtedly, injuries have severely hampered Celtic’s season, but a series of problems have left them in this situation.

There are still nine, or even ten, domestic games left in the campaign. They will determine the success of Rodgers’ comeback early on and the season for the Hoops.
