In the last nearly thirty years, Conference Championship Week in the NFL has been largely worthless for the Dallas Cowboys. You understand, then, that when you crack the joke yourself, it hurts much less when others do.
As things stand, this indicates that the Super Bowl week, which will undoubtedly be a ton of fun, is just two weeks away. The Big Game TM️ will undoubtedly see one team win eternal glory, but it will also feature notable performances from individual individuals.

The Cowboys who are up for honors are Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, DaRon Bland, and Micah Parsons. The quarterback is nominated for two awards. To be honest though, it doesn’t seem likely that any of them will prevail.
A while back in the season, it appeared as though Prescott and Parsons might win MVP and DPOY, but after the Cowboys’ Christmas Eve loss to the Miami Dolphins, the tide truly swung against any players in the running for individual honors. They are on the ballots, but given the current situation, they are scarcely sure things.
