Michael Keane gets rare start with six unavailabale – Predicted Everton XI v Burnley

When Everton travels to Turf Moor on Saturday night to play Burnley, Sean Dyche will probably have to make a few changes to his starting eleven.

The Toffees moved further away from the relegation zone last weekend with a solid 2-0 victory over Chelsea, but they also suffered several injuries and suspensions in the process.

Dyche revealed that the squad will be missing six first-team players for this weekend’s trip, which will need him to alter his preferred lineup.

Jordan Pickford is fit and firing and in good form so will continue in goal, while vice-captain James Tarkowski and left-back Vitalii Mykolenko will keep their places in the side also at centre-back and left-back.

But Ashley Young and Seamus Coleman are both out of the game with injury so Nathan Patterson should get the nod, while Jarrad Branthwaite is suspended for an accumulation of five yellow cards which should allow Michael Keane back into the team against his former side.

While Dele Alli and Andre Gomes continue to recuperate from long-term injuries, Idrissa Gueye is suspended in midfield. However, Amadou Onana made a full recovery from a calf issue against Chelsea, so he should be able to start in the middle alongside James Garner.

For the first time since his transfer back to Turf Moor, Dwight McNeil should start on the wing ahead of Arnaut Danjuma once more, with Jack Harrison holding down the right-wing spot.

Despite his recent goal against Newcastle, Beto will once again start on the bench in favor of the fit Dominic Calvert-Lewin up front.
