Breaking News: Spurs give a boost to Destiny Udogie to Relieve the Injury Crisis Before of their Match Against Aston Villa.

Left-back withdrew from the Italy squad with hamstring trouble but is available for Spurs return

Destiny Udogie was declared fit to play against Aston Villa, giving Tottenham a boost in terms of injuries.

Due to a hamstring injury, the left-back was forced to withdraw from the Italy team; however, he has since resumed training and is fit to play on Sunday.

The Spurs, who are without James Maddison, Richarlison, Manor Solomon, Ivan Perisic, and Ryan Sessegnon due to injuries, are relieved to hear that he is fit.

After losing to Chelsea and Wolves back-to-back before the international break, Spurs will look to bounce back against Villa

thanks to the suspensions of Cristian Romero and Yves Bissouma.

After receiving a red card in the 4-1 loss to Chelsea, Romero will serve the second of his three-match

suspension, and Bissouma received his fifth yellow card of the year in the 2-1 loss to Wolves.

So far this season, Udogie has proven to be one of the Premier League’s greatest full-backs. Having been sent off against Chelsea, he was unable to attend the loss against Wolves.

As part of a patchwork defense against Molineux, Emerson Royal replaced Udogie at left-back; but, the Italian will return to the squad against Villa, who are now one point behind Spurs in the standings and have had a fantastic start to the season under Unai Emery.
