BURNLEY manager Scott Parker described The Den as a “tough place to go” ahead of his side’s clash with Millwall on Sunday.
On February 21, 2023, the Clarets made their most recent trip to south-east London, where they were held to a 1-1 draw following a late equalizer by Tom Bradshaw.
Even though Parker wasn’t Burnley’s manager at the time, he still understands the difficulties that come with playing at The Den.
Parker predicted that the game would be difficult. This young team faces a significant test this weekend because it’s a difficult place to go and they play a particular style.
That being said, we’re doing well and in an excellent position. We are capable of going to Millwall and causing them a great deal of trouble as well.
“We must approach the game with a mindset that anticipates the obstacles and challenges we will encounter, while also knowing where we can contribute our quality and cause them issues.”
It’s difficult to be in this setting. While some could consider it difficult, others might view it as an amazing experience and a formidable task.
