For the 2024–2025 season, Southampton Football Club has named Ebury, a rapidly expanding international company, as its official fintech partner.
Through the relationship, Ebury, which also collaborates with teams like Rangers, PSV Eindhoven, and AS Monaco, hopes to interact with small and medium-sized (SME) companies throughout Hampshire.
Foreign exchange risk management, corporate finance, and overseas payments and collections are among its offerings.
“We’re excited to be partnering with Ebury – an exciting and innovative leader in financial services – to not only strengthen our own operations but also to collaborate with an organization that’s committed to supporting the wider Hampshire SME community,” stated Dave Driver, finance director at Southampton FC.
“We want to help businesses grow and succeed both on and off the field by exchanging knowledge and encouraging teamwork.”
“I’m excited to announce the latest partnership in our global sports portfolio,” said Peter Brooks, Ebury’s global head of sports.
“Southampton’s illustrious football club history and the region’s reputation as a major port complement our proficiency in assisting sports brands and British companies with international aspirations.”
“We’re always changing our product lineup to cater to the unique requirements of athletic organizations, and our collaboration with Southampton enables us to further support this product growth.
“We’re excited to cheer for the Saints on and off the field all season long.
