Sunderland pair may have played their last game for the club as Regis Le Bris demand emerges

According to reports, Regis Le Bris has great intentions for January, thus we might have already seen the end of two Sunderland players.

With the Black Cats emerging as title contenders under Regis Le Bris, Sunderland’s January transfer window may prove to be a turning point in the season.

After the season’s first nine games, the Frenchman has Sunderland in first position of the Championship table.

However, the Black Cats’ recent form has been a little down; between the international breaks in September and October, they have won twice, drawn once, and lost twice.

Due to a last-minute error by Leeds’ goalkeeper Illan Meslier, Sunderland and Leeds United drew 2-2 at the Stadium of Light last time out.

For the Black Cats, who might have one or two trouble spots come the New Year, January could be a crucial time to recharge.

However, in order to make room in the first team roster, Le Bris may need to let go of a few more players if he wants to bring in new players.
