Sky Sports John Robertson sets a Hearts task for Neil Critchley as he names ‘sticky’ situation Jambos find themselves in.
The Hearts legend has issued a message to the new Jambos head coach.
As attention turns to the Conference League in midweek, John Robertson has assigned a mission to Hearts head coach Neil Critchley. The Jambos remain 11th in the Premiership following a 4-1 defeat to Celtic at Tynecastle on Saturday. Critchley’s team had kept the champions at bay, but in the second half, Kyogo capitalised on a defensive error to break the deadlock. Nicolas Kuhn added a second goal, and Adam Idah scored twice to put Hearts out.
Musa Drammeh scored a consolation goal, but there is little time to complain with a trip to Belgium scheduled for coming Thursday. Victory abroad would almost certainly secure a spot in the competition’s next round, with six points already gained in the league phase and nine likely enough to claim at least a play-off round knockout berth.
