Ahead of two crucial fights at the bottom of the table, Wolves manager Gary O’Neil wants to relieve his players of some of the burden.

In an attempt to relieve pressure on his Wolves team, Gary O’Neil has stated that their next two games at Molineux are not “must wins.”

Wolves’ late comeback at Brighton, where they earned their second point of the season, gave them hope.

However, after nine games this season, they have yet to win, and they now have two home games against Southampton and Crystal Palace, two more struggling teams.

Wolves will need to finally get three points in order to restart the season and guarantee O’Neil’s job, but the head coach is ignoring the outside chatter.

According to O’Neil, “I know there will be a lot made of the next games, but they’re not must wins.”

Crystal Palace is a good place. They purchased an Arsenal striker for £30 million, and Eze is a decent player! We want to win, so we must be prepared for every game.
