Daniel Farke confirms three Leeds United players ruled out for Watford amid Willy Gnonto update

Leeds United welcome Watford this week, hoping to make it back-to-back victories at Elland Road after defeating Sheffield United on Friday night.

Leeds team news pre-Watford: Three players out, no new injuries

During his pre-match press conference, Farke revealed that his squad

Farke did comment on Willy Gnonto’s shoulder problem, which was causing him significant trouble in the first half, almost replacing the winger with Manor Solomon after 10 minutes before the Italian persevered.

The manager disclosed that Gnonto had scans on the problem and just had mild bruises.

Three players, Ethan Ampadu, Ilia Gruev, and Max Wöber, have been ruled out due to long-term knee concerns.

Wöber was discovered last week to be ahead of schedule and planning a return before next month’s international break.
