Ipswich vs Everton team news: Kieran McKenna missing four players while key man is ‘assessed’

The manager of Ipswich announced the most recent team news prior to their Premier League matchup with Everton.

Jens Cajuste, a previous Everton target, will not be present for their match this weekend, according to Kieran McKenna.

The Toffees head to Portman Road to take on the struggling Suffolk team, who have not yet won a game since joining the top division.

Even so, they’ve proven to be a challenging opponent, particularly at home, where they’ve drawn with both Fulham and Aston Villa
and have only lost to Liverpool thus far.

Ipswich sit one place and one point behind Everton and both sides will fancy their chances of securing a victory for differing

reasons. Sean Dyche will be unable to field his strongest XI but he will have something near it, despite a few injury doubts.

Two Everton alumni are involved in this matchup: Nathan Broadhead, a former player, may participate after missing time due to

injury, while Jens Cajuste, a summer transfer target, chose to sign with Ipswich on loan. Cajuste isn’t prepared for this match,

according to McKenna, who also stated that he will “hopefully back in training next week.”The manager also said that Dara O’Shea, a

£15 million summer acquisition, is a doubt and will be assessed before the game. In the 82nd minute, he exited the Ireland team due

to a back problem. He has started every league game for which he has been eligible since leaving Burnley.

While they are still recovering, Janoi Donacien and Ali Al-Hamadi missed their international service with St. Lucia and Iraq,

respectively; McKenna has verified that the latter is available. Axel Tuanzebe is also out, having nearly lost his thumb in a strange

accident at home earlier this month. Massimo Luongo is also doubtful, having missed the West Ham loss.Everton team news

For this encounter, Dyche’s team is without Armando Broja, Youssef Chermiti, James Garner (back), and Tim Iroegbunam due to a number of injuries. But Jarrad Branthwaite, Seamus Coleman, and Vitalyi Mykolenko might all go back to the beginning in

Although none of the three have played this week, it is uncertain if they will all be able to start. After a minor injury scare during the

international break, Iliman Ndiaye is cleared to start. Dyche will have to choose between starting Abdoulaye Doucoure or Idrissa

Gueye alongside Orel Mangala, or starting Jesper Lindstrom over Jack Harrison on the right.
