Dolphins given encouragement with first injury report for Week 7

At the beginning of the week, there were five players on the limited list. Jordan Poyer continues to have shin pain. Heis the safeties that PFF has ranked lowest so far this year. Emmanuel Ogbah, David Long, Mohammed Kamara, and Jevon Holland are joining Poyer. At first, it looked as though Holland’s injury may terminate the season, but he was able to continue playing.

It appears that De’Von Achane will return to Miami. As he advances to the last phases of the concussion protocol, the Dolphins labelled him as a complete participant. It was also packed for Cam Smith, who hasn’t been out this year.Skylar Thompson is back at quarterback for the Dolphins, but he won’t start and might only play as the third stringer.

Nine players for the Indianapolis Colts were designated as DNPs (did not practise). The two most prominent players are running back Jonathan Taylor and wide receiver Michael Pittman.

Before their bye week, the Dolphins must keep building on their victory over the New England Patriots. Now is the moment to put everything together and go on a winning run to re-enter the race. Miami is tied with the New York Jets going into this week, but they are behind the Buffalo Bills by two games.
