Saints fan creates savage Derek Carr customized jersey

Derek Carr, the starting quarterback for the New Orleans Saints in 2023, is already losing favor with some fans. One admirer informed everyone about it in a very original way.

At SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, on Thursday, the Saints suffered a 30-22 defeat to the Los Angeles Rams.

Following Thursday’s loss, a picture on X that showed a Saints supporter donning a personalized Carr jersey has gone viral.

The fan scribbled on a few electrical tape strips and adhered them on his No. 4 Carr jersey.

The jersey said, “Used Carr 4 Sale.”

If you just checked the box score, Carr appeared to have a solid stat line against the Rams.

The 10-year pro finished 27/40 for 319 yards with 3 touchdowns and 1 interception.

However, a good chunk of Carr’s production from that game came in garbage time. The Rams led 30-7 in the 4th quarter when Carr started to cook.

In the last quarter, Carr completed 12/12 for 138 yards and two touchdowns. The outcome was unaffected by the late surge.

The Saints’ window for a comeback was closed, as they finished with a 7-8 record.

In 15 games this season, Carr has passed for 3,417 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions.

Carr’s stats and the Saints’ overall season performance have been more mediocre than awful.

However, the Saints wouldn’t exactly want to remain mediocre after signing Carr to a massive 4-year contract.
