Anton Ferdinand says he’d love to bring £28m Aston Villa player to West Ham
The Aston Villa player Anton Ferdinand, a cult favorite of West Ham United, would most like to see play at the London Stadium is Ollie Watkins.
Ferdinand was discussing the Villans’ outstanding season thus far on The Take On podcast with guests like Danny Murphy and FLEX.
This season, Villa and West Ham are both performing well in Europe and the Premier League.
Unai Emery’s Villans sit third in the top flight and are into the last 16 of the Europa Conference League.
Meanwhile, David Moyes’ Hammers are ninth in the Premier League and in the Europa League knockouts.
However, West Ham could certainly do with bolstering their attacking ranks with a new centre-forward or two.

Villa haven’t got such worries, as they boast Watkins, one of the most in-form forwards in English football at present.
