Everton is having fun under Sean Dyche, and following their most recent 10-point deduction, a genuine sense of relief is starting to emerge at Finch Farm.

Dele Alli, a midfielder looking to rekindle his career at Goodison Park, is one player who appears eager to join in on the fun right now.

Although an injury has hindered his progress this season, the Toffees player could soon be making a comeback to the field.

after he was spotted in the latest training session at Finch Farm, as per the official Everton X account (14 December).

The 27-year-old was among the players getting ready for a trip to Turf Moor, with Burnley hosting the Toffees in Premier League action on Saturday (16 December).

Dyche has had to deal with plenty of injuries this season, so the return of Alli to full fitness should be welcomed with open arms.

But at the same time, it may worry the powers that be at Goodison, with Everton needing to pay Tottenham £10million if the player makes another seven appearances for the Merseyside club [Daily Mail, 20 November].

Paying such a sum for a guy who hasn’t had much of an impact in blue is probably not going to go over well behind the scenes, especially considering Everton’s financial position.

However, with a hectic calendar ahead, maybe Dyche won’t be considering money too much when choosing his teams for the upcoming weeks.

Now that Alli is back on the field, the guy in the dugout will want every player at his disposal, which probably includes the former Tottenham star.
