Xavi Has Returned to Barcelona with Awards and Energetic Extravagance in less than Two Years.

At Barcelona, Xavi’s basic question and answer session was about the club’s DNA.

He described his preferred method as “to squeeze high… recuperate

the ball… make possibilities.” He admitted that his criteria were not progressive, saying,

“I’m not finding anything, that’s Barca’s DNA.” And, perhaps most importantly, he knew

that he was overwhelming a group in need of help: “Mentally, we

will deal with them. We shall assist them solely and collectively.”

The administrator has totally prevailed in several areas after two years on

the job. Barcelona will typically squeeze high and recover the ball regularly.

They won La Liga last season while presenting and developing a variety of young

players, which strongly suggests that Xavi has repaired a squad that was gravely

ailing in certainty. This has unquestionably occurred despite the wild influence

of the Blaugrana’s monetary conflicts and the spectacle achieved by the Negreira case.

This is far from a straightforward task.

Regardless, whether Xavi has restored the “Barca DNA” is easily debunked. So, what has he done to further develop Barca, and what should be done?

Barca is in Position of Laliga now.

Wasn’t this a definite goal in general? Barcelona is one of a limited group of clubs that requires a prize on a regular basis. Perhaps only La Liga matches for Real Madrid are more demanding of success. Improvement, improvement, or any sense of change isn’t enough for a fanbase, conference room, and club that has created a milieu in which success is measured in silverware and garlands hung around players’ necks.

Furthermore, when Xavi dominated in November 2021, the Blaugrana appeared to be as far away from a trophy as they had been in years. This was a shaky squad, slipping in critical spots, reeling from Lionel Messi’s absence, and without the kind of mindset required to win the big prizes.

Obviously, this development did not happen overnight. For the overwhelming majority of Xavi’s first nine months in charge, Barcelona were underwhelming. He was almost fired twice, and setbacks in the Europa League, homegrown underperformance, and severe hammering in the Spanish Super Cup last did little to reassure fans that Barcelona was back. Nonetheless, thrashing of Madrid in El Clasico in Walk 2022 demonstrated that something may be brewing. Furthermore, by August of that year, Barca had assembled squad capable of competing with Los Blancos. Their 2022-23 title-winning team was far from perfect, but their defense was strong enough to outlast the majority of La Liga.

This victory by defeat didn’t make all of the fans happy, but in the end, all things considered, Barca raised the Spanish title for the first time in three years.

Barcelona: The Manager Trying to Retrieve Barca old Performance.

The Barcelona team that Xavi had bought was nearing the end of an important period. Dani Alves, Gerard Provoke, Sergio Aguero, Busquets, Alba, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Luuk de Jong were all on the wrong side of 30. In the meantime, Antoine Griezmann and Philippe Coutinho had seen their best days in Catalunya come and go, with little regard for how few there were.

However, those names have consistently been removed. Griezmann, Coutinho, Memphis Depay, Luuk De Jong, and Alves were unquestionably allowed to walk after only 15 months of training. In the meantime, the others either resigned in Catalunya or left the previous summer. There wasn’t much monetary benefit in their flights, but the Blaugrana calmly dispatched seven maturing players on huge wages, with no quarrel or exhibition.

Subsequent, the additions were all below that age range, with Lewandowski standing out as a rare exception. Barcelona moved from having one of the least balanced, over-inflated, and oldest squads in La Liga to one that is significantly more controllable in 18 months. The Blaugrana’s wage structure is still a jumble — several players have still to be registered to new contracts  but Xavi was merciless in changing his team squad.
