In the Wake of Ongoing Interest, Juventus is Confident of Reaching a New Agreement with Adrien Rabiot.

Rabiot has emerged as one of Juventus‘ most entertaining players in recent months,

following a disappointing first few seasons in which he oversaw

only five Serie An goals in 94 games. Rabiot, who scored an incredible

eight goals in the 2022/23 season, accepted a one-year extension in Turin in

the late spring and has continued to dazzle in the early months of the momentum campaign.

Rabiot had been heavily linked with a move to many prominent European teams

prior to signing his new deal with the Bianconeri. Manchester United have long been interested in the midfielder’s services, while Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are also interested in the 28-year-old.

90 minutes understands that Manchester United are interested in the player,

thanks in part to Erik ten Witch’s admiration for Rabiot’s range of qualities.

Along with Manchester United, Premier League clubs Newcastle United and

Aston Villa, as well as Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, are keeping an eye on what is going on at Juventus.

The midfielder currently has eight months left on his contract at the Allianz

Arena and might be available as a free agent at the end of June 2024.

The interested clubs could take action for Rabiot if he chooses to reject

putting pen to paper on another agreement in Turin, but 90min understands that this is unlikely.

Juventus is becoming increasingly certain that they will reach an agreement

with Rabiot before the January transfer window closes. The midfielder is expected

to be satisfied with the trust Juve has placed in him, in any case, giving him the captain’s

armband now and then in the early lengthy stretches of the 2023/24 season – especially at the end-of-week victory over Fiorentina.

Rabiot has started every Serie A game for Juventus this season, according to manager Massimiliano Allegri.

Rabiot is an exceptional player…

“A phenomenal player, he has an alternate motor from the others, he figured out how

to score objectives, he trusts more in himself,” Allegri stated when asked about Rabiot.

“I believe he can improve this year, not in terms of goals, but in terms of execution.

” It brings me tremendous fulfillment right now for the way he runs.”

Rabiot’s structure at club level has also led to an extended role on the global stage, much

like a central player for Juventus recently. The midfielder shone when France won a

second World Cup in a row in December 2022, and he is expected to

start for Les Bleus at the upcoming Euro 2024 finals.
