Isak Hien, a defender for Atalanta, is gaining more and more support from Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi, who may make him the team’s top summer target.
The Nerazzurri are looking for a defender to take the position of veterans Francesco Acerbi and Stefan De Vrij, according to reports from FCInterNews.it and today’s issue of Corriere dello Sport.
Since joining Atalanta from Hellas Verona in January, Sweden international Hien has made an impression, and Inzaghi is reportedly impressed by his skill, consistency, and ability to create goals from the back.
However, Hien would cost at least €35 million, and the same is true for Jaka Bijol of Udinese, another Inter target.
The Premier League and AC Milan have expressed interest in the Slovene, who is valued at €30 million, and Inter is undoubtedly interested.
While Jonathan Tah is expected to depart Bayer Leverkusen as a free agent and is being pursued by Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and Real Madrid, other choices include Union Berlin’s Danilho Doekhi, who is available for a more reasonable €15 million.
