Preseason: Inter Miami will play its second preseason match on Monday following a 0-0 draw with El Salvador on Friday, January 19. FC Dallas will play their first preseason test of the year. Last week, Dallas’ preseason training camp at The Star in Frisco got underway. With the help of the MLS SuperDraft, FCD was able to add forward Logan Farrington, as well as homegrown players Alejandro Urzua and Malik Henry-Scott, midfielder Tomas Pondeca, winger Enes Sali, and seasoned defender Omar Gonzalez. Luiz Surez, a former Barcelona great who made his club debut against El Salvador, joined Miami’s star-studded squad, joining Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, and fellow rookie Julian Gressel.
