Although James Tavernier was previously admitted to the Ibrox Hall of Fame, some believe that the Rangers captain still needs additional awards to go on his resume in order to be considered a true club legend.

Along with Allan McGregor and Steven Davis, the Englishman was inducted into the Hall of Fame in

February of last year, and he has since added to his incredible record of goals and assists.

With 435 games played for Light Blue, Tavernier has 117 goals and 123 assists. His figures are even more

impressive considering that he plays right back.

Alan Hutton was another player for Rangers who suited up on the right side of defense and had an

incredibly successful time there.

Both Tavernier and fellow full-back Borna Barisic are nearing the end of their Rangers careers, so as they

look to the future, the team will undoubtedly be keen to add fresh talent.

Josh Doig, a former Hibs player who is currently playing in Verona, Italy, has been connected to Philippe

Clement’s team in recent weeks. Hutton believes that if his former club could finalize a deal, Doig would

be a great addition.He asserted, “I believe they are already considering the future.” “Also, Borna Barisic

is not getting any younger. Look at him.

It was always going to be Yilmaz. He’s performed quite well lately, but if he wants to play every week, I

believe he needs to make some improvements.

“That position is up in the air because Barisic’s contract expires at the end of the season and there have

been rumors that he might move on.” They’ll need to find a way to let someone in.

already clinched a last-16 position in the Europa League.
