Eustace believes that there were still some moments when it was “electric” as his team defeated the Owls 1-0 on Tuesday night. He insists that he showed up trying to do the best for his team rather than worrying about their opponents’ support. He later told The Star, “I didn’t think about the crowd at all.” There are expectations here, and Sheffield Wednesday is a great football team with a lot of supporters. I was more concerned with my own team than I was with calming the crowd because that’s just a part of having a big club like theirs. It’s part and piece because I’ve been here where it’s been electric, and tonight it was electric at times.

Additionally, he informed the media, “The Championship is unforgiving; sometimes you have to defend your box and other times you may play beautiful football. The Championship game tonight was a tough one with limited opportunities. We had to defend numerous crosses and balls into the box.
