In the late spring, Manchester United made a move to sign

Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta after searching the Italian market for an exciting young striker.

In just four Premier League outings, Hojlund has scored many times, but he has yet to open his record in the Premier League.

Though it’s evident that Joined needs one more striker to support the Dane, Hojlund’s signs are encouraging.

Simply put, Anthony Marial isn’t that kind of player, and United may now look to Serie A for one more dramatic expansion in 2024.

Manchester United is Connected with Nikola Krstovic Transfer

It is been suggested by Calciomercato in Italy that Assembled could make a move for Nikola Krstovic, a striker for Lecce.

Lecce reportedly paid merely €4 million (£3.5 million) to get Krstovic in the middle of the year, but he may already be profitable.

According to the source, Premier League teams are also keeping an eye on Krstovic, even though Inter Milan may be interested in signing him.

Krstovic was born in Montenegro and grew up in Podgorica, the country’s capital, playing for FK Zeta.

Krstovic moved to Serbia with Crvena Zvezda in 2019 after scoring 41 goals in 99 games, but he struggled to make an impact.

Before moving to Slovakia in 2021 to join Dunajska Streda, Krstovic made an

energy investment at Graficar in Serbia, before Lecce made a move, the 23-year-old

was a sensation for Dunajska Streda, scoring 37 goals in 66 games.

Before going on a drought of only one goal in nine games, Krstovic had a

blistering start to the season with four goals in 12 games for Lecce.

The decline in structure hasn’t really impressed the Italian media, who

suggest that Krstovic was a “peculiarity” at the start of the season but has since disappeare

Everyone is surprised by him. not though us. We knew that he was capable.

Stefano Trinchera, the athletic director of Lecce, told The Athletic earlier this year that “he’s a polished player.”

Krstovic has been hailed as a “excellent player” by former

Argentina and Lecce star Pedro Pablo Pasculli, but the goals have recently stopped coming.

If Krstovic doesn’t improve, making a January move could be

risky, but perhaps United will decide he’s worth a cheap gamble.
